Editorial note

This volume preserves the full text of nine fundamental parts. ‘Integrated’ means that conflicts are resolved through an explicit hierarchy rather than by silently rewriting earlier formulations.

Empirical mechanisms, timing, and observable models remain open. This is not presented as an empirical law.

12. Future revision

A future formal ruling may revise this ruling only by naming the target, reasons, scope, effect on identity, and by preserving the prior version.
